  1. How does a Virtual Marathon work?

    Runners can choose to run anywhere – be it on the road, the treadmill, at the beach, wherever they may be – at their own time, place, and pace, as long as they complete the required distance within the given run period.

  2. Is the distance to be ran at an accumulated time?

    Yes! The run can complete through accumulated distances. Runners have the option to follow their own running plan until they reach their target distance, as long as it is within the running period.

  3. How do I register?

    To register, click on the ‘REGISTER’ button at the top right part of the website and choose the event that you want to join in.

  4. How much is the registration fee?

    The registration fee for the different events varies. You may click on the ‘REGISTER’ button at the top right part of the website to see the list of events and their corresponding registration fee.

  5. What is included in the registration fee?

    All finishers are entitled to receive an e-Certificate, Finisher’s Shirt and Finisher’s Medal, as long as they complete the distance, they are registered in.
    *Race kit inclusion will vary depending upon the event

  6. When can I get my Finisher’s Kit?

    You may refer to the email confirmation that was sent to the email that you used during registration for more information about the delivery schedule of your finisher’s kit.

  7. Can runners who live outside of the Philippines participate?

    Yes, anyone from around the world can participate in our virtual runs.

    However, due to logistical issues, finisher’s kits can only be shipped within the Philippines.

  8. What can I use to record my run?

    Participants can use any running app from their Android or iOS smartphone.
    *Our suggested apps are Strava, Runkeeper and Runtastic, but other running apps are accepted.

    Participants can also use their GPS watch or fitness bands, as long as it reflects the distance, duration, and date.

    Participants can also run on a treadmill and take a photo of the treadmill dashboard.


REGISTRATION FAQS

  1. Can I edit the details that I submitted upon registration?

    To edit the details that you submitted upon registration, you may send an email with the subject: Edit Details Request – [Name of Participant] to register@myruntime.com

  2. Can I change the category that I selected?

    • If your transaction is already paid and the running period has not yet started, kindly send an email with the subject Change Category – [Name of Participant] to register@myruntime.com. Take note that upgrades in category will require you to settle the balance for the new category.
    • If your transaction is not yet paid and the running period has not yet started, kindly cancel your current transaction through the Instructions tab on your invoice and register again.
  3. Can I transfer my registration to another person?

    Registrations are non-transferrable.

  4. Can I withdraw my registration and refund the payment?

    Unless otherwise stated, registrations can only be canceled before the event date and subject to approval by the organizers.


PAYMENT FAQS

  1. I cannot upload my proof of payment; how do I go about this?

    You may send a copy of your proof of payment to register@myruntime.com

  2. Can I change my payment method?

    You may change your payment method by canceling your current transaction through the Instructions tab on your invoice and register again.

  3. I selected Dragonpay as my payment method but was not able to receive the Dragonpay reference number; what do I do?

    Kindly check your spam or junk folder in case the Dragonpay payment instructions went there. If not, kindly send an email to register@myruntime.com for assistance.

  4. I already settled my payment via Dragonpay but I still haven’t received a payment confirmation; what do I do?

    Dragonpay payment validation usually takes 24 hours to reflect. In the case that you still have not received your payment confirmation by then, kindly send an email to register@myruntime.com, together with your proof of payment, participant name and Dragonpay reference number.

  5. I already settled my payment via Paypal but I still haven’t received a payment confirmation; what do I do?

    If your Paypal account was credited, kindly send an email to register@myruntime.com together with a copy of your credited transaction.


HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Click the Register button at the top right part of the website.

  2. Select the event that you want to participate in

  3. Select your preferred race category and the number of tickets you want to avail.

  4. Fill up the fields in the registration form, as required.

  5. Choose your preferred fulfillment method – delivery or pickup (if available). Then, fill up the necessary information needed for the fulfillment of your race kit.

  6. Choose your preferred payment method – direct bank transfer, payment through Dragonpay payment partners, or through Paypal (debit/credit card).

  7. Double check your orders and click Checkout to proceed.

  8. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to the invoice page, where you can see the payment instructions as well as the order confirmation.

    *A copy of the order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address provided during registration.


HOW TO UPLOAD PROOF OF PAYMENT

  1. Once payment is settled, take a screenshot of your proof of payment, and upload it on our payment validation page.

    *The payment validation page link can be found on the email confirmation that was sent to your email address provided during registration.

  2. Upload the image to the Payment Validation page and fill up the necessary details required.

    *Kindly follow the given format for the payment date field (MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS).

  3. Once uploaded, you will see a notification and a timestamp that your proof of payment is uploaded. The payment will automatically be verified within 3 banking days.

  4. Once your payment is verified, you will receive a Payment Confirmation email through the email address provided during registration.
